
Hi, I’m Kaci!
I am a certified ISSA Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach. Before becoming a trainer and coach, I was simply a person trying to feel strong, balanced, and at home in my own body. I’ve spent most of my life in gyms, learning, unlearning, and reshaping my relationship with health as my life and body changed.
Part of that journey has included navigating my own hormonal shifts, including early perimenopause. Experiencing real changes in energy, recovery, and confidence pushed me to look deeper than the typical fitness advice. Understanding more how bodies evolve and how to support them through every phase with compassion and nuance.
I also learned just how confusing the wellness world can be. There’s so much contradiction, pressure, and misinformation that people often end up feeling overwhelmed or “not enough.” I’ve been there, too.
Because of that, I made it a priority to become someone who can cut through the noise. I aim to be someone who filters out the extremes and translates complex, conflicting advice into clear, grounded, practical guidance. I believe that learning to appreciate your body and support it with intention is one of the most powerful ways to build a life that feels both healthy and fulfilling.
